A few weeks ago my good friend and healthy beauty buddy, Gabrielle, invited me to do a video with her on her favorite Non-Toxic Beauty Products. Gabby has worked in the health environment for a long time, is open about her auto-immune struggles, and is so lovely to help educate others on ways they can change everyday products & food choices into better non-toxic & healthy options.
Me and Gabrielle (@gabrielledauria) got together for a day of filming, and she taught me so much about how we can easily trade out our regular products for non-toxic ones.
I am no expert on non-toxic beauty, but after trying out a range of products from foundation to eyeshadow palettes, I feel like Im getting used to the formulas and how these products feel on the skin. They’re great.
I also learned how easy it is to get my hands on non-toxic beauty at places like Ulta & Sephora, and at some local ATL boutiques like Fig & Flower and Aillea.
Check out the Makeup tutorial (below) where Gabrielle & I talk through some non-toxic beauty favorites, teach you how to use the products, and discuss why it’s important to switch over to a healthier beauty regimen.
